Yes. We are a ladies beauty centre, and our branches are a calm, private space for women and girls.

We ask every new guest to complete a short consultation form, covering allergies, health notes and previous treatments. It helps our specialists choose what is safe and right for you, and it stays confidential.

Please let us know at least 12 hours before by WhatsApp or phone, so we can offer the time to another guest. For bookings of AED 5,000 or more, a 50% deposit confirms the appointment.

Our price list shows starting prices at both branches. Hair prices depend on length, and the final price is confirmed after a short consultation.

We don't offer laser hair removal, tanning, lash lift, Brazilian Blowout or Botox hair treatments. Halawa (sugaring) is available at our Abu Dhabi branch only.

Sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days with the receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened makeup, hair or skincare products.

Yes. Mini Poupée offers gentle, kid-safe care for girls aged 4 to 12 at one flat price, at both branches. Girls 13 and over follow our regular menu.

Yes. Children up to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or an authorised adult for the whole visit, who also signs the consultation form. We never cut cuticles for any guest under 18.

Book at least 2 hours ahead. The minimum booking is AED 300 (excluding VAT), and transport is charged at actual cost for the round trip. Regular home service hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Prepaid packages can be used in our branches only.
